  • Record real estate deeds & keep transfer records
  • Record divisions & plats in plat books
  • Issue warrants for claims and payroll
  • Prepare assessments, keep records & pay claims for Drainage Districts
  • Issue cigarette permits & liquor licenses
  • Prepare valuation reports, check homestead & military records, ag land & family farm credits
  • Figure utility assessments
  • Secondary Road transfers
  • Claims for libraries & Fairgrounds & contributions to various organizations
  • Abatement of taxes
